1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice describes how Neurona Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company with business address at 201 SE 2nd Ave, Apt 2114, Miami, FL 33131, United States ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses personal data in connection with trackko.app (the "Service"). "Trackko" is a trade name. For the personal data we process about you, Neurona Technologies LLC acts as the data controller.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, login credentials, role, profile picture.
- Customer / billing data — company name, billing email, country, tax identifiers (collected by our payment provider on our behalf).
- Service data — configuration, domains, container IDs, feature flags, support messages and attachments you submit.
- Usage and telemetry — pages viewed, actions taken, log events, error reports, approximate event counters.
- Device and connection data — IP address, user agent, browser type, operating system, language, time zone.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 8.
3. How we use personal data

4. Sharing of personal data
We share personal data only as needed:
- Service providers / sub-processors — hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring, support tooling and analytics, all bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Payment provider — Stripe, Inc., which processes payments, invoicing, and tax calculation and remittance on our behalf.
- Professional advisers — accountants, auditors and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities — when required by law, court order or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protection.
We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our sub-processors may be located in the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or adequacy decisions where they apply.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Service logs and telemetry are typically retained for up to 24 months. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. EEA and UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month. 8. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. Analytics cookies, where used, help us understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on trackko.app. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies and you can change your choice at any time through your browser.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, audit logging, and a least-privilege model for production systems. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
